CONSULTATION

We evaluate & customize your energy needs. At SunPV Energy, we realize each property is unique, just like each of our customers. Our energy estimate process includes a personal, in-home consultation for that very reason. We are here to help you determine the most appropriate solutions of you. We meet you in person to make a thorough assessment & viability for renewable energy solution.

ON-SITE VISIT

An experienced design consultant will visit you at your home or business at a time convenient for you to properly analyze your needs and to perform complete a feasibility study to determine right sustainable solutions for your needs. Accurate measurements and shading studies are crucial for designing the right solar photovoltaic & related to your specific needs. During our on-site visit, we work with you to define the type of system that would suit your lifestyle the best and also be aesthetically pleasing. We also determine if there are any roofing or structural concerns we need to address before installation.

PROJECT PROPOSAL

From the data, we collect at on-site evaluation and after a careful assessment of your needs, SunPV Energy design consultant will design a system specific to your needs. We will prepare a comprehensive proposal for you, which include right solutions for your needs, detailed findings, equipment specifications, system size suggestions, photographs and recommendations for work (if needed), benefits, warranties, and advantages as well as an outline of our entire process. We`ll also walk you through each line of the proposal and clearly explain the details. We believe that educating our customers about renewable energy as well as all of the available options we offer is an integral part of the proposal process.

REGULATORY

We enable and ensure all approvals; permits and paperwork with the local utility company (DISCOMS) that are required are obtained in parallel as your installation progresses.

INSTALLATION

Our installers and electricians ensure a smooth and clean installation process in the shortest possible time.

MONITORING

Our remote data monitoring facility ensure your site is monitored regularly. This helps us in ensuring your systems are functioning efficiently and help us to proactively take any service action if required.

OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE

Quarterly service visits are planned to ensure the system is checked, calibrated and serviced if required. Our contracts ensure long system life and minimal downtime to maximize financial returns.
